Romanian DL: (55 lbs) 12 x 1; (65 lbs) 10 x 2

Bench Press: (65 lbs) 10 x 3 / Leg Lifts

Kneeling Lat Pull Down (100 lbx) 10 x 3 / Mountain Climbers

Alternating DB Shoulder Press (15 lbs) 10 x 3 / Squats holding 15 lb DBs

Notes & Observations: Feels like maintenance mode, though still sorta sore from pull ups and pushups.
